I have been frustraited by this problem for a long time, so I built a tool that creates a custom scoring framework for any role and evaluates all candidates against it consistently. Same standards, every time. AND it also extracts all of the key things that I care about that are harder to 'score' quantitatively so I can view a candidate holistically.
